I've always been drawn to people with rich inner lives, unusual perspectives, and ambitions that are deeply personal to them. People of character, in both senses of the word: distinctive in their ways of seeing the world, and guided by convictions of their own. I love discovering the unexpected connections between different parts of someone's life, recognizing qualities they may have overlooked in themselves, and helping them imagine what else they might become.

My own path has taken me from leading a mission-driven nonprofit, to earning an MBA at the University of Chicago, to advising on major corporate brand transformations at top NYC consultancies.

Having built and led an organization myself, I know how exhilarating, uncertain, and deeply personal it can be to make something out of nothing. I also know the value of having someone alongside you who can embrace the possibilities, weather the inevitable twists and turns, and help you stay true to what matters as you bring it into being.
